Prime location near Trevi Fountain, unique architectural features, exceptional cleanliness throughout the hotel
Inconsistent room quality across the annex, lack of elevator access makes lugging luggage a hassle!!! The room descriptions can be misleading, leading to unexpected disappointments!!!

Now let me tell you, the staff were on point. Had a fantastic interaction with this guy named Tiger at the front desk. He was super helpful, knew everything about the area. The breakfast situation was solid too, they serve it to your room which is perfect for a lazy start in the morning.
But, I gotta say, it wasn’t exactly cheap, but for what we got, it was still okay.

The location is unbeatable, just a minute away from the Trevi Fountain. I loved the friendly staff, especially Chester and Tiger, who helped with everything. The room was spacious and clean, with breakfast delivered right to my door every morning. The quiet atmosphere inside felt like a peaceful retreat from the busy streets. However, I struggled with the air conditioning. it didn’t cool the room properly, making nights uncomfortable. The furniture showed some wear, especially the bedframes. The absence of an elevator added a challenge when carrying luggage up the narrow staircase. Despite these small issues, the welcoming vibe and perfect location made my stay enjoyable.
