My room was lovely, clean and spacious. The boutique hotel is located right around the corner from the Trevi fountain and a short walk from many Roman attractions. The staff were friendly, helpful and spoke english. They gave me local bus and train information and directions to get me to the sights and attactions that were not walking distance. The hotel also had free wi-fi.

Very nice hotel. Clean, comfortable room. Well-appointed. Nice bathroom, cold ac, large flat screen tv on the wall with numerous channels. Excellent breakfast buffet and balcony at the Relais Fontana di Trevi. The balcony was a beautiful spot to sit outside in the evening and have a drink. And watch the mobs of people down below at the Trevi Fountain) Staff in both hotels were wonderful.
There are 2 sister hotels within 1 block of each other, the Relais Trevi 41 and the Relais Fountana di Trevi. The Relais Trevi 41 does not have a fancy reception area and only has about 10 rooms. We had to walk to the Relais Fontana di Trevi for the breakfast buffet. It was not a big deal, as they are only about a block apart. (It was pouring rain one morning, so that was a bit interesting.) The rooms in both hotels are beautiful and seem equal. The Relais Fountain di Trevi is the hotel with the wonderful balcony and views of the Trevi Fountain. Just an fyi when booking...

This is a charming small hotel with patient staff from the handsome Receptionists. Also, the location is magnificent, minutes from Piazza di Spagna. And it's nestled in a nice building right by the Colosseum and the centre of Trevi and buses and the metro.

The hotel staff were all very welcoming and extremely helpful. The buffet breakfast was very good and the view from the roof top restaurant excellent of the Trevi fountain. I would recommend this hotel and return there if I visit Rome again.

My husband and I had a great stay at Relais Trevi 41. The location of the hotel was perfect for getting around the city on foot and by train. We loved being close to the Trevi Fountain, but on a back street away from the noise. The breakfast was excellent, with outdoor eating on the patio overlooking the fountain. Our room was comfortable and quiet and the air conditioner worked well. We found that a good night's sleep is very important when visiting Rome!

Prime location near Trevi Fountain, unique architectural features, really good cleanliness throughout the hotel
The room descriptions can be misleading, leading to unexpected disappointments!!!

Perfect hotel, rooms are a little small yet the location is magnificent very close to the fountain. It has patient and helpful staff team from the handsome Receptionists. Overall excellent food, plus there is Il Chianti Osteria Toscana close by.
The bathrooms are a bit tired.

It was my second time at the hotel in less than a year. This time we stayed 4 nights. The location is outstanding' the stuff very nice' breakfast on the porch at the twin hotel a short walk is fairly generous and the view....fontana the trevi! What else could you ask for. If the room were a little bigger it would have been perfect.the previous time the room was spacious and beautifully decorated, that's why we came back.this time it was small,we could hardly move, the shower tiny. What a disappointment.at least the ice cream just below our window was amazing.
The size of the room. To call this tiny room luxurious is a farce!

Excellent location in the centre of Rome close to the Trevi Fountain. We had to complain about the first room (superior room) we were allocated. Moved after the first night and we were then very satisfied with the room facilities and standard. The daytime reception staff were very helpful and accommodating. Ratings apply to second room allocated. Good breakfast selection served in the room - promptly at time requested. Took advantage of the hotel limo service to airport. Only Eu2 more than local taxi transfer. Very reliable and comfortable.
The hotel is slowing refurbishing - theentrance and stairway is not very welcoming and the reception was temporary in a cupboard. (We were aware of this prior to our arrival from reading previous reviews). We were extremely disappointed with the room we were allocated on our late arrival. We booked a superior room as it was on offer, however it was very inferior !!!! Room located in the attic, very small windows with no outlook, so no natural light. Bathroom had not been refurbished - dirty grouting, mould in shower, stained toilet pan, etc etc. (photos taken but not displayed as it would reflect badly and not give the true satisfaction of our stay once wechanged rooms). Spoke immediately with receptionist who was indifferent to our compaint. The following morning we noticed the other rooms were as described and seen on website. A different receptionist was on duty - very accommodating and arranged for a room change to the standard room. On check-out the price was adjusted accordingly.

Families with children will love it
Now let me tell you, the staff were on point. Had a fantastic interaction with this guy named Tiger at the front desk. He was super helpful, knew everything about the area. The breakfast situation was solid too, they serve it to your room which is perfect for a lazy start in the morning.
But, I gotta say, it wasn't exactly cheap, but for what we got, it was still okay.
